ich bin damit leider überfordert.
Will an meinen 3d drucker eine Lüfter hängen. Leider ist das PWM Signal nur 5 V, ich muss deshalb sowas wie das basteln:

A plain MOSFET needs a series gate resistor to not exceed the maximum output current of the logic pin (and to prevent possible HF oscillation due source pin inductance), a pull down resistor to prevent it floating before the pin is defined as an output (during the bootstrap) and a diode for back EMF protection. That requires a small circuit board as in this Thingiverse thing.
Welchen Mosfet zb von Reichelt kann ich dafür verwenden?
Oder: wie bezeichnen die einen protected Mosfet bei Reichelt bzw im Deutschen?
Die technischen Daten vom BTS134D wären:
Drain source voltage 42 V
On-state resistance 50 mW
Nominal load current 3.5 A
Clamping energy 3 J
Werte für den Lüfter sind 12 V und wenn's hochkommt 500 mA. Der MOSFET ist also eigentlich völlig überdimensioniert.
