Greetings to all tube radio lovers!
Recently i got this Radio monster,and today i decided to clean it internally first,and after to restore it.
All were nice until i tried to clean the dust from the back of the glass with a soft brush..and my God it started to peal ,ending like this.What can i do?It seems impossible to get repaired i assume.
I really need the help of the experts here,knowing the issue.
If somebody have a spair glass gladly i could pay it.

You are right, this is impossible to repair. There is no chance of making the damage completely invisible at all. Replacing the dial glass is best if a spare glass is available.

When cleaning dial glasses, you always have to be very careful because the varnish is often sensitive, in some cases even water-soluble. Thus it is advisable not to clean it, or possibly make a test at an invisible spot first.
